Cooling-Off Period

You may request cancellation within the applicable cooling-off period as defined by UK consumer law, starting from the date your service or contract begins.

How to Request a Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be submitted through our official support channels via email or phone.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds apply only to eligible and unused parts of your service.
  • Setup, activation, and administration fees are non-refundable.
  • Any services already used will be deducted from the refund amount.

Device Returns

Devices must be returned in their original condition with all packaging. Damaged, lost, or heavily used devices may not qualify for a full refund.

SIM-Only Deals

SIM-only plans are refundable only within the cooling-off period and subject to network terms.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method and may take 7–14 working days to appear, depending on your bank or provider.

Contract Plans

Some plans may be subject to early termination fees if cancelled after the cooling-off period, as specified in your contract.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Activation and setup fees.
  • Used services and call/data charges.
  • Services cancelled outside the cooling-off period.
